KYB Americas Corp. Announces New Marketing Manager

KYB Americas Corp. has announced that Chris Gillund was promoted to the position of marketing manager. The announcement was made today by Mike Fiorito, KYB vice president, from KYB’s aftermarket headquarters in Greenwood, Indiana.

Gillund will be responsible for KYB’s marketing activities, including national promotions, social media, and both digital and print advertising. After working in professional sports photography and design, Chris joined KYB in 2015 as marketing coordinator. In that role, Gillund was key in developing the new Certified KYB Vehicle Stability and Control Kit, as well as spearheading KYB’s 360-degree digital image library.

“We are proud of what Chris has accomplished during his tenure as marketing coordinator and believe he is ready for his new role,” said Fiorito. “We have national promotions going on almost all year, hence our marketing department is busy continually producing great materials. We look forward improving on our foundation with Chris in a lead role.”

Gillund earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Communications Design from Purdue University.

KYB Americas Corp. Announces Two Key Hires

KYB Americas Corp. recently announced the hiring of two key sales positions. The announcement was made recently by Mike Fiorito from KYB’s Aftermarket headquarters in Greenwood, Indiana.

Sal Fabela is a new Territory Sales Manager in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area covering portions of the Central U.S.  servicing key KYB channel partners. Sal earned a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Marketing and Economics and a Master of Business Administration from Northern Illinois University. Sal is also an active member of the National Society of Hispanic MBA’s. An industry veteran prior to KYB, Sal spent the last four years with Robert Bosch LLC as a Demand Planner and Sales Analyst.

 

Craig Bussey is a new Territory Sales Manager covering portions of the Northwestern U.S..  Craig most recently served as a Workshop Field Sales Specialist for Robert Bosch LLC in the Dallas, TX market, was Tour Manager of a 16 state Bosch Tech Tour campaign. Craig earned a Bachelor of University Studies degree from the University of New Mexico but is a Certified Emergency Medical Technician., Craig has also been a Health Care Case Manager and taught English at a middle school in Busan, South Korea.

KYB Americas Corp. is excited to announce the hiring of Erick Kinnunen for the role of Business Development Manager covering key channel partners in the Northwest. The announcement was made today by Mike Fiorito from KYB’s Aftermarket headquarters in Greenwood, Indiana.  Erick will also be a member of KYB’s National Training Team led by Director of Marketing & Training Mac McGovern.

Erick comes to KYB from NTN Bearings where he served as a Sales Manager. An automotive aftermarket veteran, Erick previously held roles at KYB that include Territory and Regional Sales Manager.  In his new position, Erick will not only manage sales growth for several key national customers, he will also play a lead role in developing and implementing training initiatives as a member of KYB’s National Training Team.  Initiatives, like KYB’s industry leading Crash Avoidance Systems Training.

KYB Americas Corp. Announces Key Hires and Promotions

KYB Americas Corp. recently announced the hiring of two key sales positions and two other important company promotions. The announcement was made today by Mike Fiorito from KYB’s Aftermarket headquarters in Greenwood, Indiana.

Aaron Shaffer was appointed to Business Development Manager covering key channel partners in the North America market. Shaffer is a Northwood graduate with prior experience in the automotive aftermarket in various positions. Aaron’s knowledge of the marketplace will benefit him and his new accounts well.

Randy Bowlen is a new Territory Sales Manager from the Indianapolis area. Bowlen will cover portions of the central and southern U.S.A. servicing key KYB channel partners. Prior to KYB, Bowlen was a member of the U.S. Marine Corps from 2010 to 2015.  Bowlen also previously worked in the automotive aftermarket for an independent service provider. His experiences will serve him well in his new position.

Ricky Torres was recently promoted to Customer Support Manager at the KYB Headquarters in Greenwood, IN.  Torres has been a key part of KYB’s expansion in Indiana since his hire in 2013.  He will now oversee all activity of KYB’s Customer Support Department. His high level of energy and positive attitude will improve our Customer Support Team & help us better serve our customers.

Ryan Dickerman was recently appointed to the position of North Regional Manager.  Formerly a KYB Territory Sales and Customer Support Manager, Dickerman joined KYB in 2006.  A graduate of Post University, Dickerman also recently completed his MBA from Southern New Hampshire University in 2015. He will coordinate all KYB territory managers and channel partner activities in the North Region of the U.S.

Federated Names Co-Man Vendors Of The Year; KYB Takes Top Honors

KYB Americas Corp. has once again been honored by Federated Auto Parts as its Outstanding Co-Man Vendor of the Year.

“The Federated Co-Man program is instrumental to the success of Federated and its members. This year’s winners have embraced the Co-Man philosophy and have consistently delivered,” said Rusty Bishop, CEO of Federated Auto Parts. “Top honors go to KYB for overall excellence. The entire KYB team works closely with our staff to ensure that the Co-Man program functions productively for the Federated membership. Presented annually, the prestigious Federated Co-Man vendor awards recognize supplier partners that have shown outstanding dedication and support of the Federated Co-Man operation and programs. The Federated Co-Man enterprise began with Federated members deciding to open a jointly owned warehouse. KYB Americas Receives Two Awards at Parts Authority Show

KYB Americas Corp. is proud to announce it was recently presented with two Awards at Parts Authority’s Trade Show held at Citi Field in New York. After an exciting event, KYB Northeast Territory Sales Manager Rob Africano was awarded the outstanding Service Representative of the Year and KYB was also named a Parts Authority Partner of Excellence.
